Our client are a successful national metering company who provide the installation, maintenance and repair of electric, gas and water meters (including smart meters) on behalf of a number of large utility providers, they are looking to recruit 2 Gas Metering Contract Managers to be based in the South. You will be responsible for the management of several contracts and will lead a team of supervisors and meter workers to ensure the work carried out is to the expected standard and that you clients requirements are met. You will work with other managers and the operation planning team to ensure that the adequate source is available for the planned workload. You must hold the following qualifications:
- MET 4, MET1 or MET 2, CMA1 and TPCP1
- Gas safe registration appropriate for meter installation and/or competence in electricity meter installation.
- Full driving licence (less than 9 points)
- You must have detailed knowledge of Meter worker procedures and a detailed knowledge of electricity/gas safety legislation.
- Previous experience in Management is essential
- Good customer service skills are an essential asset to uphold for this position and strong team management and coaching skills.
